While I was searching for sample FORTRAN source code I came across this link to a tutorial that is reasonably comprehensive and would serve as an excellent reference for interested FORTRAN programmers.
The link is www.physics.ohio-state.edu/~kass/P416_Fortran_tutorial_W04.doc. It is approximately thirty pages and I was so impressed I had the article bound and use it as a condensed FORTRAN syntax manual.
