Many of you know I am an avid Eclipse fan. I prefer Eclipse IDE over many of the commercial IDE’s for PhP for numerous reasons. The first step of using Eclipse SDK 4.2 is to download it from the Eclipse web site.

Download and install Juno and you are ready to begin PhP development.
I recommend Yii framework for agile development of web site using model view controller (MVC) design pattern.
I recommend installing the Eclipse Marketplace in the Juno installation.
